We asked Mark Bolitho to undertake a major project to convert a small run down bungalow we had bought into a stunning 4/5 bed home making the most of the sea views that were available.Working from very basic drawings Mark was able to suggest ways we could maximise our space and at the same time save considerable amounts of money during the build.We had no hesitation in placing our trust in him,not only over the build but also when it came to the finance involved.Mark and his employees listened to any concerns we had and altered things around to suit our ,sometimes demanding,requirements.
